Positioned as the first cleaner after the material discharge point, this system is specifically designed for applications where a gentler approach is needed, especially with mechanical splices and recessed belt clips.
The PU Pre Cleaner features a robust design, including a pair of side assemblies, a sturdy pole, and PU blade length suitable for your belt carrying material path. This innovative PU blade system is capable of handling reversing belt applications (though it won’t clean the belt in reverse), ensuring consistent performance in diverse operational settings.
Optimised Tension for Superior Cleaning
Tension is precisely applied to the pole via a pair of springs and torque arms, with tension stored in both the springs and the poly blades themselves, maintaining constant contact with the conveyor belt surface. To perfectly match your cleaning demands, we offer two types of springs—Blue and black —each providing different tension loads.
